A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

By booking an appointment and/or purchasing a plan on this website, with Finish Line Detailing NJ LLC,
you acknowledge and agree to all terms below.

Personal Belongings & Valuables Disclaimer

All customers are required to remove all personal and/or valuable items from their vehicle prior to service. This includes but is not limited to: jewelry, cash, electronics, mobile devices, paperwork/documents, firearms, accessories, sunglasses, & any other items of value. Finish Line Detailing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

By placing your purchase and completing check out, you acknowledge and confirm that the customer will ensure all personal and valuable items have been removed from the vehicle prior to service.

Payment is Due Upon Completion

Payment is required immediately upon completion of your detail unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Cash, Venmo, Zelle, or mobile payment via Chase. No 'pay later' arrangements will be honored.

Deposits (For Services Over $300)

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for any service over $300, including ceramic coatings, paint correction, or
multi-vehicle bookings. Deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking to secure the appointment. Balance is due upon
completion.

Mobile Service Requirements

Client must provide a working water spigot and an electrical outlet within 100 feet of the vehicle.
Failure to provide these will result in cancellation or a $50 rescheduling fee.

Cancellation / Rescheduling

Cancellations require 12 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations forfeit deposits.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations (<4 hours) will be charged 50% of total service cost.

Weather Policy

If weather prevents safe detailing, appointment will be rescheduled at no cost.

Service Guarantee

Notify us before we leave or within 24 hours if you're unsatisfied. After that, rework may require additional charges.
